Legal Fees and Pricing

I understand that predictability and transparent pricing are essential factors when seeking legal assistance. In accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Hungarian Bar Association, legal fees are subject to free agreement between the attorney and the client. The exact amount is determined in advance, individually, and mutually, based on the complexity and the specific requirements of the case.

My goal is to establish a fair and professional partnership. Precise fees are established following a consultation to ensure a transparent and cost-effective solution tailored to your specific needs.

Fee Structures:

Hourly Rates: Online Legal Consultation: gross HUF 45,000 / hour In-person Legal Consultation: gross HUF 50,000 / hour (including on-site visits)  

Fixed Fee Agreements Typically applied to predictable matters where the time requirement is calculable in advance, such as standard contracts or corporate registry procedures. 

Real Estate Gift Agreement: from HUF 200,000 

Lease Agreement: from HUF 150,000 

Property Use Agreement: from HUF 150,000 

Prenuptial / Postnuptial Agreement: from HUF 200,000

Retainer / Flat Fee For corporate clients requiring ongoing legal support, we offer a monthly retainer fee. This provides a more favorable rate compared to ad-hoc assignments and ensures continuous availability, including on-site consultations if required.

Percentage-Based Fees Primarily used for real estate sales and purchase agreements. This fee includes drafting, legal countersignature, and land registry administration. The fee generally ranges between 0.5% and 0.8% of the purchase price, subject to a minimum gross fee of HUF 150,000. Special rates are available for real estate agencies and long-term partners.

Detailed telephone consultations and further legal actions are available following an appointment booking and the execution of a formal legal representation agreement.
